Ok, that sounds very hardcore and everything. I'm going to edit a musiv video that a friend in a band is going to be shooting. On a 1ccd camcorder. I had to write a how-to guide to him to make sure that we're on the same page in terms of the shots I need.

I have never edited in my life. This will be such a gloriously chaotic little project that I can't wait. I have no idea whether it would work at all. I don't know whether the camerawork will be half-decent.

But, in the back of my mind, there is always this little "what if". What if it actually looks ok? What if we make a proper video with everything against us?

And therein lies the excitement.
Maybe I'll have my first thing to post to DAfilm.
